Royal Powder Coat has over 20 years experience in the powder coating industry, and is situated close to Masjid Gali, Shri Nagar, Kerani Road, Sakinaka, Mumbai. Ours company is working on contract basic and we are now contracting with 4 companies. We have 7 tank pre-treatment with drying oven, two manual sprayers, plus a 40.68' curing oven. There are total 90 peoples working in our company.

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a modern, more environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional wet painting. Minute powder particles are applied to a metal object or component using an electrostatic spray process, which causes the powder to adhere to the metal surface. After spraying, the component is cured in an oven at up to 200°C. This process then melts the powder onto the metal creating a highly finished and durable coating.

The finished product is very aesthetically pleasing and is less prone to chipping, marking and scratching. 

The powder coating process is faster than traditional wet painting where the product must dry between coats. With powder coating, the product is oven baked, so there is no need to wait for drying.

Powder coating is a more environmentally-friendly process, as powder can be recycled.

Powder coating can be applied to a wide range of metals and components and is suitable for both internal and external applications. 

Crystal can apply the following powder coatings:

Iron Phosphate (RAL colors/textures)

Our Iron Phosphate process in an inline process using Chantelle Gard bond A4917 chemical. We also carry a comprehensive stock of RAL and BS colors.

Fastener Coatings

Jigs are available to fit most sizes of fasteners and rivets, to powder coat heads in many colors. We can color-match any color (at extra cost) mainly for the construction industry.

Anti-Radar Coatings

We can locate M.O.D colors in powder for components up to 1,500mm x 1,000mm x 550mm with an iron phosphate pre-treatment.

Fire-Retardant Coating

Low smoke and fume powder can be supplied to fulfil customer’s needs, with an iron-phosphate pre-treatment for railway contracts.

Inspection and Quality

All work is inspected on end of line, and we have facilities to inspect off-line if necessary. We can offer a pre-treatment of iron phosphate that will give 450 hours salt spray. We also offer excellent aesthetics for decorative work.

Capacity

Acorn has the capacity to coat the smallest of components from the size of a small screw or rivets up to an overall size of 1,500mm x  1,000mm x 550mm. We have jigs available to multi-jig as well as mask threads etc.

We can powder coat under-bonnet internal components using inline iron phosphate as a pre-treatment with approved automotive powder.

We can obtain anti-microbial powder to suit customer requirements in various colors and finishes with iron phosphate pre-treatment.

Engineering

Our pre-treatment can be used on steel, zinc, aluminum, copper and brass. We can coat from small component sizes up to 1,500mm x 1,000mm x 550mm.

With over 20 years experience in powder coating electrical boxes and switch plates (especially lacquer finish) we can obtain any color, even match a customer's sample.

Fasteners                                          

We have jigs to fit most fasteners and rivets used in the construction fastener industry. No quantity is too small. We have a minimum charge of 30/- +VAT for each color required.                                                     

 Shop fitting

We have over 20 years experience in coating shop fittings, from wire-forming to enclosed units and shelving up to 1,500mm x 1,000mm x 550mm. Colors can be matched for approval by your customer.

Hardware

We have over 30 years experience working with hardware companies specialising in door enclosure covers, arms, hinges, handles and back plates etc.

Tube Manipulation

We can powder coat tube manipulations to customer requirements.   

Zinc Diecasting

We have specialised for over 20 years in small part diecasting, having may jigs on-site to meet your requirements, including masking components.
